Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium tomatoes ripe and juicy
  • 2 cucumbers crisp and fresh
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives preferably Kalamata
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • Fresh basil or mint leaves roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly.
  • Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the cucumbers and red onions thinly for an even texture.
  • In a large salad bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, and feta cheese.
  • Add fresh herbs to enhance aroma and flavor.
  • Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently toss to ensure even distribution of flavors.

Notes
