Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice all fresh vegetables, including tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
  • For pizza dough: Roll it out evenly and pre-bake at 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
  • For burger buns: Lightly toast to add crunch.
  • Mix your chosen protein with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Italian herbs. Form into evenly sized patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Cook the patty for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
  • Allow the patty to rest for a few minutes before assembly.
  • Place the burger bun or pre-baked pizza dough as the base.
  • Place the cooked patty on the base, then layer with mozzarella and tomato sauce.
  • Add selected toppings such as pepperoni, olives, basil, and crisp vegetables.
  • Top with another bun or pizza dough. Garnish with Italian herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
