Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking pan.
Prepare the brownie batter: Melt chocolate and butter together, then mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in flour.
Prepare the cookie dough: Cream butter and sugars, then add the egg and vanilla. Fold in flour, baking soda, and chocolate chips.
Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a chewier texture, slightly underbake the brownie layer.
