Ingredients
  

  • 4 Oreo Cookies Crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Salt Optional

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a microwave-safe mug until they form coarse crumbs.
  • Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt (if using) to the mug. Stir to combine.
  • Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Start with 60 seconds and check for doneness. If needed, continue microwaving in 10-second intervals.
  • Let the mug cake rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy as is or top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or extra crushed Oreos.

Notes

For an extra chocolaty flavor, add one more crushed Oreo or a few chocolate chips.
