Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies in a microwave-safe mug until they form coarse crumbs.
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt (if using) to the mug. Stir to combine.
Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Start with 60 seconds and check for doneness. If needed, continue microwaving in 10-second intervals.
Let the mug cake rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Enjoy as is or top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or extra crushed Oreos.
Notes
For an extra chocolaty flavor, add one more crushed Oreo or a few chocolate chips.
