chopped peaches
peeled if desired
Milk and Dairy Alternatives

milk
or dairy alternative

vanilla ice cream
Complementary Ingredients

Instructions
Wash the peaches thoroughly. Optionally peel for a smoother texture.
Remove the pit and chop the peaches into small, uniform pieces.
Chill the milk (or alternative) for at least 30 minutes and pre-chill the serving glass.
Pour the milk (or alternative) into the blender first.
Add the chopped fresh peaches.
Add the ice cream and sweetener (if using).
Blend on low speed, then increase to medium-high until smooth.
If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more ice cream or frozen peach pieces.
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with mint leaves or peach slices.
Notes
For a tropical twist, use coconut milk as a dairy alternative.
