Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and blue cheese crumbles (if using). Mix until smooth.
Add the mayonnaise, fresh herbs, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into a ball, approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter, and place it on parchment paper.
Roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts or cracker crumbs for added texture and flavor.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Before serving, let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Enjoy with crackers, sliced vegetables, or as a spread on bread.
