Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs chuck roast
  • 4 carrots chopped
  • 3 potatoes cubed
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place vegetables at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Season roast with salt and pepper, then place on top.
  • Pour broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding fresh rosemary or thyme. You can also sear the roast in a pan before placing it in the crockpot for a richer taste.
