Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
Notes
