Ingredients

fresh limes
washed and halved
1
cup
cold water
1/2
cup
sweetened condensed milk
ice cubes
a handful or two

adjust to taste
fresh mint leaves
for garnish (optional)
coconut water

Instructions
Wash and dry the limes thoroughly. Slice each lime in half and remove seeds if desired.
Juice the limes using a citrus juicer or squeeze by hand. Include some zest if you like it more aromatic.
In a blender, combine the lime juice, cold water, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and frothy. Taste and adjust sweetness or texture as needed.
Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices if desired.
Notes
For a tropical variation, try adding a splash of coconut water. Garnish options include lime wedges and fresh mint.
