Hibachi Chicken Marinade

Main Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken thighs
cut into bite-sized pieces

bell peppers
sliced into strips

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Add the chicken pieces and mix to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 1-2 hours.
Preheat your grill, wok, or large frying pan on high heat and lightly grease with oil.
Sear the marinated chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
While the chicken cooks, add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine the chicken and vegetables, toss well, and serve immediately with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a drizzle of additional hibachi sauce and a squeeze of lemon.
