Ingredients
  

Hibachi Chicken Marinade

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced into strips
  • 1 cup onions thinly sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  • Add the chicken pieces and mix to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 1-2 hours.
  • Preheat your grill, wok, or large frying pan on high heat and lightly grease with oil.
  • Sear the marinated chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  • While the chicken cooks, add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Combine the chicken and vegetables, toss well, and serve immediately with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a drizzle of additional hibachi sauce and a squeeze of lemon.
