Why did I choose Cooking?
The Sweet Beginning: One of my favorite childhood memories is standing on a stool beside my father in the kitchen, watching him create magic with simple ingredients. He was a professional chef, and I was his curious little apprentice. I’ll never forget the first time he let me help him make a traditional tarte Tatin. As the caramel bubbled in the pan, he gently guided my hands, teaching me the importance of patience and precision. When we finally flipped the tart onto the plate, revealing its golden, glistening apples, I knew—this was the world I wanted to be a part of. That moment sparked my love for cooking, and it’s the passion I now share with you through Riviera Recipes.
